Earn rewards when you complete healthy steps.
$120 CVS OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC) PHARMACY ALLOWANCE
Members can receive a $120 per plan year allowance ($30 every three months) for commonly used OTC products at CVS.
ACTIVE&FIT ENTERPRISE GYM MEMBERSHIP
Members who are 18 years or older and have completed two My Health Pays healthy activities can receive access to fitness centers or home fitness kits.

Asthma support for members enrolled in Carolina Complete Health’s Care Management program.
ALZHEIMER AND DEMENTIA KIT
Members enrolled in Carolina Complete Health’s Care Management program can receive a sensory support kit.
NEUROLOGICAL SUPPORT SENSORY KIT
Members enrolled in Carolina Complete Health Care Management program can receive a Neurological Support Sensory Kit.
$125 VISION ALLOWANCE
A credit for glasses, and other vision items for members (age 21 and older).*
$100 REWARD FOR COMPLETING TWO TRIBAL TALKING CIRCLES
Earn up to $100 for discussing health related issues impacting Tribal members.*
HEARING AIDS
Available with doctor referral and prior authorization.
Food and Housing Support
$150 HOUSEHOLD GROCERY ALLOWANCE
Receive assistance with accessing nutritious food through Carolina Complete Health’s Household Grocery Allowance Value-added Service.
$250 HOUSING AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Housing and Utility Assistance is available for eligible members who are experiencing housing instability due to an unexpected hardship.
HOME DELIVERED MEALS
Members who were recently discharged from an inpatient hospital, rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility can receive ten medically tailored home-delivered meals.
Education and Youth Development Support
SCHOOL SUPPLIES
School supplies for Carolina Complete Health members enrolled in grades Pre-K-12.*
12 HOURS MATH/READING TUTORING
Up to 12 hours for online tutoring for Carolina Complete Health members enrolled in grades K-12.*
$175 YOUTH DEVELOPMENT VOUCHER
$175 voucher for Carolina Complete Health members for after activities or youth club memberships (age 4-18).*
Maternal and Infant Support
NEW PARENT'S PACKAGE
We offer New Parent's Package supplies, including a choice between a car seat, a portable crib or a stroller.
BABY BOTTLE KITS
New parents who are expecting a child or are up to one year postpartum can visit a Carolina Complete Health Welcome Room and receive two baby bottle kits.
BREAST PUMP
Members who are expecting a new baby within the next six weeks, have had a baby within the past 30 days or had a baby in the NICU in the past 90 days can receive a free breast pump and lactation consolation through Aeroflow.*
DOULA EDUCATION SERVICES
Members who are expecting a new baby or have had a baby within the past 12 months can receive doula support to connect with resources.
MEMBER BABY SHOWERS
Members who are expecting a baby or who have delivered a baby in the past 24 months can attend a Member Baby Shower to connect with resources.
Additional Support
CELL PHONE PROGRAM
Cell phone with 250 minutes per month with free calls and texts to keep in touch with your doctor/provider.*
EXPUNGEMENT CERTIFICATION ASSISTANCE
Members can receive assistance with an Expungement Certification Fee for a non-violent misdemeanor offense.
SUPPLEMENTAL TRANSPORTATION
Members can receive additional supplemental non-emergency transportation for community activities and events.
