School Supplies

At Carolina Complete Health, we believe child education is an important part of overall health and wellness. That's why we offer all members enrolled in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12^th grade basic school supplies per plan year.

Eligibility Statement: You must be a current Carolina Complete health member currently enrolled in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade to receive this Value-Added Service. One school supply set per school year. Orders accepted for this Value-Added Services are open from June 1 - August 31st. Member must be at least 3 years old.

Note: Please allow 4-6 weeks for review and processing of your request. Backpack orders will be accepted from June 1-August 31, 2025. Backpack shipments will begin in mid-August. Thank you for your patience as orders are prepared and fulfilled. Supply items cannot be sent to P.O. boxes, and a responsible party must sign for the delivery of the package.
